Roxy's Story: Chapter 7Cold stung Roxy's cheeks as they hiked, but she ignored it as Farez asked for directions towards Shangri La, and she lifted her goggles to see the tablet's writing. They had been hiking for almost the entire day, and the wind was picking up and they were running out of light, fast. Roxy pointed up the mountainside she stood on, and Farez walked forward first, with her and his sons following. The wind was howling now, and none of the four travelers, or their yaks could see very well. Roxy winced at the cold and hugged herself inside her parka as she trudged forward. Roxy's Story: Chapter 6Roxy arrived at Farez's house a whole hour later after leaving Shamal's shop, at introduced herself to him and his two eldest sons politely. They had been sitting and talking for about an hour as night fell on the small house. Roxy felt deep within her that she could trust Farez and his sons, so she told them everything, how she found the tablet, and what it said. "… Are you serious, Miss Longworth?" Farez asked, shock lacing his voice. Roxy nodded and traced her fingers over the tablet. "I'm positive.
