You all know how Emra loves to sing but suffers from stage fright so she rarely sings in public all that much, right? Well, Boom!Emra is a pop star. I know, it seems like a big character change, but there have been some big character changes to Sonic and co. in Boom (none of them bad in my opinion), and I thought I'd make at least one or two changes to Emra for the Boom universe. So yeah, Emra's a pop star but still does whatever she can to help out her brother and the rest of the team to fight against Eggman, sometimes even ditching or rerouting her tours in order to do so.
Thoughts on this?
New Life Update
Sorry for not posting here in awhile, but as the title indicates, and if any of you have been keeping up with my past journals... its basically as the title says! There's a new life in my own right now. Yup, I'm a mama now! Little Sweet Bean was born nearly two weeks ago, and is doing just fine! I'm only posting about it now because hubby and I have been insanely busy taking care of her, and making sure I recover. Because the birth was... well, it was actually kind of traumatic. I won't go into too many details here for those who are squeamish, but long story short was I had a tear and needed to have stitches immediately after giving birth. It was kind of a close call, if I'm being perfectly honest. So my recovery period is going to be a lot longer than the usual one that's expected for postpartum. But I'm doing well, so don't worry! As for my activity here, well, I hope to be at least posting more stories/updates to stories once my husband and I have more of a chance to settle
Small Life Update!
Things have been busy so I haven't been able to post here that much, but I am trying! The little one is growing and seems healthy, so now all that's really left to do is wait for them to arrive. Once that happens, my time will be very limited, but I will try to keep writing at least! After all, newborns tend to sleep a lot. Speaking of writing, I'm going to try and post a few other one or two part stories here soon while I also work on finishing "Tides of Silver", just to keep my gallery from going dead. In other news, I've started playing Sea of Thieves again! A couple of my friends from DnD expressed interest in playing after I decided to give the game another try, and we've been playing together along with my husband when we can. And we've been having fun with that! We get up to all kinds of shenanigans there and funny stuff just tends to happen on occasion, which is great! Well, that's about it. Small Update Regarding Commissions
First, let me just say I'm sorry for my absence here. I am still alive and stuff, but most of my attention has been related to IRL stuff, especially with a tiny human on the way. Lots of preparations, appointments, and just... being tired and feeling sick in general. But I'm managing! Anyway, the thing about commissions it that from here on out, it might take a little longer for me to finish them. I am and will be still accepting them, its just that they might take a bit longer to finish than the normal 2-3 week window I originally provided in my chart! The main reason is largely because of all the morning sickness I've been dealing with. It's nowhere near as frequent as it was when I first realized I was expecting, but it still does occur from time to time and it's been... bad. Like there are some days where I just cannot get out of bed, its so bad. That's largely why my last batch of commissions took so long, because there were some days where I was so sick I couldn't work. So

So, if any of you saw my most recent status update, you know that a friend of mine was being harassed by some rando who was making new accounts just to continue harassing them every time they were blocked. Well, some rando decided to come onto my status update and start giving me shit for it like they were on some high horse. Then, when they got called out on it from multiple fronts (because lets face it, if you give someone shit for defending their friend without knowing or caring about the situation as a whole, then you're in the wrong), they blocked me so that I couldn't reply to their "latest bit of clever wit that TOTALLY proves their right". Like seriously, people like this just prove the point of my status update. That they're pretty much cowards who can't stand facing the fact that they're wrong. I like this idea. From what I've seen in the show, there are celebrities present in the Boom-verse, and I think a pop star would be a welcome edition to its world.
